The ITECA Gas sampling & Analysis system , has recently been installed in the Anorga plant in Spain (Group Italcementi). The system consists of the ITECA technology wet sampling probe installed in the fume boxe. The extremity of the probe is going inside the kiln after the kiln inlet seal to obtain real oxygen measurement. Automatic pneumatic retractable probe, closed circuit for water cooling of the probe, Siemens gas analysers are part of the supply.

ITALCEMENTI decided to buy and install a second system in their Cyprus plant VASSILIKO CEMENT. The system will be operationnal on July 2004

Cimpor , After Lafarge, Holcim, Vicat, Cemex, has ordered to ITECA the first On Line Particle Size Analyser in the group for their Plant in Souselas.

One cement mill will be controlled with the On Line Analyser. The project includes installation of such equipment on each cement mill of the plant.

Athens, Cemtech conference 15-18 Sept 2002, ITECA will be present.

Marrakech, 12th International conference 24-27 Oct 2002, ITECA will be present.

Morroco , More than half of the cement plants in Morroco are today equipped with an On Line Free Lime Control System.

20 th Automatic Analyzer for Italcementi Group

ITALCEMENTI ordered a new On Line Free Lime Analyzer control system to ITECA for its Zamatsai cement plant in Sardaigna.

The system including a high temperature sampler will sample the clinker just at the outlet of the kiln. This system allows to know the Free Lime Rate at the outlet of the kiln 10 minutes later. the results are directly connected to the expert kiln control system.

ITECA is becoming one of the main supplier to Italcementi group regarding automatic process control analysers. Innovation and performance, Quality of service, Adaptation to each plant requirements, reliability of the equipment are the main Iteca's assets to succeed with one of the main cement manufacturer in the world.

A Joint Venture Agreement has been signed in January to be operational starting the 1st of February 1999. This agreement will allow Iteca to be closer to its customers from the cement industry. In other hand, some of the products will be manufactured in India and will so improve the competitivness of Iteca on this market.

4th Free Lime Analyzer for CIMPOR

CIMPOR - Cimentos de Portugal has recently installed 2 new On Line Free Lime Control Systems in their Alhandra and Loul� plants in Portugal.
Including Souselas plant in Portugal and Cimbag� plant in Brazil, 4 plants in the group of CIMPOR are now equipped with on line free lime analyzers from ITECA

The On Line Free Lime Analyzer installed in Alhandra plant is controlling the free lime rate in the clinker from 2 production lines including 2 clinker samplers respectively from a planetary cooler and from a grate cooler.
A 2 lines bulk pneumatic transport is transfering the samples automatically to the analyzer. The system is presently adjusted to determine free lime rate every 25 minutes and its capacity is every 12 minutes.

Automatic Finish Cement Control

The second On Line CO2 SO3 analyzer from ITECA will be installed at Monselice plant (Italcementi Group). After one year and half operation in the Iteca full automatic cement laboratory supplied to Ciments Fran�ais Bussac plant in France, Italcementi confirmed the second order for its Monselice plant.
